Gall bladder surgery through single incision in the navel area
In Medissimo we performed a unique gall bladder operation by SILS method (single incision laparoscopic surgery). Despite of the classic laparoscopy in which three or four incisions are needed, the surgeons take out the gall bladder due to single small wound in the navel area. This method represents one of the last progresses in the field of laparoscopic surgery. For patient, it brings better cosmetic effect and less post-surgical pain.
